Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our services.
By purchasing our products, you agree to comply with all applicable terms.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
1. License Agreement:
Grant of License: Each purchase grants you a license to use the product in accordance with the terms specified for that product and as outlined herein. The license is bound directly to your Cfx.re account.
License Duration & Type: The duration and nature of the license (e.g., "One-Time Purchase" or "Subscription") are specified on the individual product page at the time of purchase.
For One-Time Purchase products, the license remains active for the product's supported lifecycle.
For Subscription-based products, the license is active only as long as the subscription is maintained.
Account-Bound Usage: You are permitted to use the product on any and all servers that are owned and operated under the specific Cfx.re account used for the purchase.
2. Intellectual Property & Usage Restrictions:
All products displayed in our store, including scripts, maps, and props, are the exclusive intellectual property of Gampyros 5tore.
No Redistribution: You are strictly prohibited from reselling, reuploading, leaking, or sharing our products in any form, whether in their original or modified state.
No Reverse Engineering: Our products are protected by FiveM's Escrow system. Any attempt to decrypt, modify, or tamper with the protected product files is strictly forbidden.
3. Special Terms for Open-Source Products:
Commercial Resale: Using any part of our open-source packages in other products for the purpose of commercial sale or distribution is forbidden unless you obtain explicit written permission directly from us.
Credits: In the event that permission is granted to use a portion of our scripts or props, you must clearly credit Gampyros 5tore as the original developer, including a link to our store or the original product.
4. Refund Policy:
Due to the digital nature of our products, our refund policy is strict and clear:
Escrow-Protected Products: All sales are generally final and non-refundable. The only exception is if a product has a critical technical flaw that we are unable to fix or provide a replacement for. Each case will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Open-Source Products: Any product sold as "Open-Source" is definitively non-refundable. Your purchase constitutes a final acceptance of the product in its current state, and this condition is non-negotiable.
5. Technical Support:
Support: Technical support, assistance, and troubleshooting are provided exclusively through our
official Discord server
Support requests made outside of our server will not be addressed. We reserve the right to refuse support if our terms are violated.
Scope of Support: Our support is limited to issues directly related to our products. We are not responsible for resolving conflicts caused by our products interacting with scripts or resources from other developers.
6. Breach of Terms & Penalties:
Any attempt to violate these terms, exploit product vulnerabilities, or Abuse of our technical support services will result in a permanent ban and blacklisting from Gampyros 5tore and all affiliated services, and no refund will be provided.
7. Disclaimer:
All products are provided "As-Is." We do not guarantee that our products will be compatible with all other resources or scripts you may be using on your server. It is your responsibility to ensure compatibility before making a purchase.
